Why we exist
Professionals across MENA are promoted for clinical and technical skill, then asked to lead teams, manage budgets, work with data and deliver reform. Most of that is learned on the job, often alone.
We built The Rounds MENA so they don't have to. Members connect with verified peers who face the same systems, learn from people who run them, and find training that fits the role they now hold.
